I never knew this existed, but it is really a nice little park with a great view of the rivers and bridges. There is a nice monument near the huge flag. If you're a rail fan, you can get some decent train pictures not too far from here as the trains head toward Conway Yards. If you drive around the corner you can see the bowling alley made famous by the wonderous cinematic treasure known as Kingpin.
Nice small park for you to walk, jog, or bike for a short while. View of the river is nice and sometimes you can see ducks, docile most of the time. Small playground and benches along the path for you to rest with plenty of trees. One bad thing is the waste management of duck feces.
A beautiful place! Not much playground but the view is amazing, they have grills and great place to walk, jog and bicycle.
