Absolutely horrible! Every time I went, the receptionists ALWAYS gave me HORRIBLE attitude as if it was my fault that I had to speak to them!
I have been going there for 20 years and I had to change my doc .a few times but I have a great one now..Dr.Palino... ✌
not bad tbh, but the reception could use a little more work!
And my psychiatrist was NEVER there or available or even able to be reached! I never got my medication on time and I desperately need my medication, and my doctor knew this!
I called to make a new patient appointment today. When the receptionist answered the phone I said nicely "Hello can I make an appointment, I would be a new patient." She did not say anything back and hung up on me. I then called back and their phones were switched to their answering service. I was able to leave a message with the nice woman from the answering service. I understand if the office was at lunch and forgot to turn their phones over. But it is very unprofessional to hang up on someone. She could have took my info and called me back. I previously have worked at a doctors office and I never would hang up on someone who called no matter what the circumstance.
They are polite and punctual. Great service
